At all times the client may cancel the services requested or contracted, and be entitled to a refund of the amount who have been paid as deposit, but must compensate the tourist establishment reserved for the reasons described below:
In the case of tourist Holiday Apartment, the cancellation of the reserve shall have the right to hold in compensation, no more than the following percentage of deposit required:
The cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation from the moment it is confirmed.

- Cancelling booking from 2025-10-25T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 60.24
Booking conditions
Not included: € 1.10 Tourism fee per person per night.
Making a booking implies express acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered part of the reserve and are supplemented by specific legislation. RESERVES AND REFUNDS: At the time of booking, a payment deposit is done by secure payment through credit card, whose amount is indicated in the corresponding payment page, not considered firm until this deposit is done. The remaining hotel payment will be charged 72 hours before the service, otherwise considered the reservation be canceled according to the conditions detailed in the cancellation section, except non-refundable rate. The customer will receive details of his reservation by e-mail, together with an identification number (reference), all information regarding the conditions and return policy.
