Cancellation conditions
At all times the client may cancel the services requested or contracted, and be entitled to a refund of the amount who have been paid as deposit, but must compensate the tourist establishment reserved for the reasons described below:
In the case of tourist Holiday Apartment, the cancellation of the reserve shall have the right to hold in compensation, no more than the following percentage of deposit required:
50% will be requested as a deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation penalties: free cancellation up to 31 days before check-in, 50% of the total if you cancel 30 days before entering the accommodation and 100% of expenses if the client does not show up at the accommodation.

Making a booking implies express acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered part of the reserve and are supplemented by specific legislation.
